Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state government has always been committed to ensuring justice in the Ankita murder case and will continue to be so with sensitivity and resolve. The Chief Minister said that in accordance with the request and sentiments of Ankita Bhandari’s parents, a recommendation has been made for a CBI investigation into the Ankita Bhandari case. He clarified that the government’s objective has always been, and will continue to be, to ensure justice in a fair, transparent, and sensitive manner.

Meanwhile, in Dehradun, the Provincial Industry and Trade Representatives’ Association expressed its gratitude to Chief Minister Dhami for recommending a CBI investigation into the Ankita murder case. District President Vishal Gupta said that a thorough investigation of the case will now be possible. He thanked the Chief Minister during a press conference.
