‘Shraddha’s bones were cut with a saw’, reveals postmortem analysis

In the murder case in Delhi’s Mehrauli, the police has done postmortem analysis of 23 bones of Shraddha Walker. The postmortem analysis conducted on Tuesday at Delhi AIIMS has revealed that the bones were cut with a saw. Delhi Police can file a charge sheet in this case in Saket in the last week of January.

Shraddha was murdered on May 18

Aftab, accused of Shraddha’s murder, is currently lodged in Tihar Jail. Please inform that the narco test of Aftab, accused in the Shraddha Walker murder case, has been done. Earlier he had faced the polygraph test. In police interrogation, Aftab had told that it was he who killed Shraddha. Aftab was Shraddha’s lover. Both were residents of Mumbai and had shifted to Delhi a few days back. In Delhi, both were living in a live-in relationship by taking a flat in Mehrauli.

Aftab had told that he had a fight with Shraddha on 18 May. After this, he strangulated Shraddha to death. Aftab then cut Shraddha’s body into 35 pieces. Aftab had kept these pieces in a fridge. He used to go every night to throw a piece of Shraddha’s dead body in Mehrauli forest.

Aftab was arrested on 12 November

Aftab continued to live in the same flat even after Shraddha’s murder. He even kept using Shraddha’s social media accounts so that no one suspected her of murder. Aftab had also transferred 54 thousand rupees from Shraddha’s accounts. The police reached Aftab with the help of Shraddha’s mobile location and bank account details. Aftab was arrested by the police on 12 November.
