Rakhi said in a conversation, “Adil made my nude videos and sold them to people. My case regarding this is with the Cyber Crime Department. During this, Rakhi spoke about Adil cheating on her and having an extramarital affair with Tanu Chandel, saying, “Now he wants to marry Tanu for the third time.”
‘Had come to the court to keep his point’
Rakhi Sawant further said in conversation with E-Times, “I had come to the court to present my point. Adil should not get bail. I got my medical done and also submitted all the proofs at Oshiwara police station. I had come here to seek justice from the judge. Tortured me in Adil. Cheated me and I don’t want him to get bail. I have also given my bank statement. He took my OTP to steal my money. He has murdered my faith.”
What do Rakhi Sawant’s lawyers say?
Explaining the process ahead, Rakhi Sawant’s team of lawyers said, “There is some evidence which is sufficient to deny her bail. Not Section 498 or 377, more stringent sections can be imposed on Rakhi Adil. The case of cheating of Rs 1.5 crore is a very serious crime and this topic will also be discussed in the court. The punishment will be considered after the hearing in the matter.”
Adil was arrested on Tuesday
Following Rakhi Sawant’s complaint, her husband Adil Durrani was arrested by the Mumbai Police on Tuesday, after which the Andheri court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days. In this matter, many people are showing sympathy towards Rakhi, while there are many people who are trolling her badly for making fun of their marriage for publicity.
