Uttarakhand / Udham Singh Nagar: Bulldozer again on illegal tombs, action taken on land jihad

In Sitarganj block of the district, the administration has demolished two illegal shrines with bulldozers. Before demolishing these tombs, notice was given. Dhami government’s campaign against land jihad continues unabated. Two mazars were built in Chikaghat area of Sitarganj a few years ago and the business of exorcism was going on in them, these mazars were built without the permission of the government and on government land, and Namaz was also being read here by making rooms. .

The police administration team reached here and asked the people present here to remove the goods, as soon as the goods were removed, the bulldozer demolished the mazar and the debris was moved to one side. No human remains have been found in the tombs. On the other hand, it has come to the notice that about 150 people from UP have illegally encroached upon the land of the Uttarakhand government where the mausoleums were built, who have been asked by the Tehsildar to vacate the land.

At the same time, there are still many illegal tombs in Uttarakhand, on which the Dhami government has made up its mind to run bulldozers. CM Dhami has said that the dargahs which have old beliefs like Piran Kaliyar are not being disturbed, but all those built with the intention of encroaching on government land will be removed.
