Uttarakhand: Surendra Singh Negi furious over not getting permission to Mahapanchayat, accuses Minister Premchand Agarwal of misusing his position

Surendra Singh Negi, who came in the discussion about the assault case, has postponed the mahapanchayat going to be held at the parade ground today. He says that he had prepared Mahapanchayat 2 along with his colleagues to demand justice for himself and to raise the voice of the victims, but the administration did not allow it. Surendra Singh Negi said that SDM Rishikesh has deliberately tried to intimidate the organizers of 12 mahapanchayats by filing a case and getting them to fill bonds of one lakh rupees each. He said that cabinet minister Premchand Aggarwal, misusing his position again, has stopped Mahapanchayat 2 under a vicious circle. The administration and the government do not want to allow the public and the society to unite, so that they can continue their dominance.

After the assault episode, Premchand Aggarwal was the first to file a case against Surendra Negi under serious sections. After that, Surendra Singh Negi also filed a case under sections 147, 323 and 504 against Finance Minister Premchand Aggarwal, PRO Kaushal Bijlwan and Gunner Vinod Rana, among others.
