Rajasthan / Udaipur: Son-in-law strangles mother-in-law after hearing daughter will not go now
In Rajasthan’s Udaipur, the police have arrested a man named Ishwar Singh, who is accused of brutally killing his own mother-in-law by strangulation. According to the information, the mother-in-law’s fault was so much that she did not allow her minor daughter to go to the city with the accused son-in-law and had cited that she missed her studies in the village. But the son-in-law was adamant on taking his wife with him.
The case pertains to Sukher village of Udaipur. The story told by the police is shocking. According to the information, the accused got married three months ago i.e. in May. After marriage, his wife was living in her maiden. But he was insisting on taking his wife along. While the mother-in-law said that if she goes to the city now, she will miss her studies. According to the information, the age of the wife of the accused was 17 years. The mother wanted to keep her in her home and teach her till she becomes an adult.
Mother in law murder plan
When the mother-in-law did not allow her daughter to be taken with Ishwar Singh, she made a plan to hide the mother-in-law. He reached his in-laws house on August 6 and took his mother-in-law with him to show her the school in his village and told that she will not miss her studies. She can study by staying here. But according to the police, on August 6 itself, after getting an opportunity, the accused killed his mother-in-law on the spot and fled from the spot by hiding the dead body.
How the secret of murder was revealed?
The wife and her sister of accused son-in-law Ishwar Singh started getting very upset when their mother did not return home. When the mother did not return home for two days, she informed the police and said that her mother was not even picking up the phone. After the complaint of the daughters, the police started the investigation. According to DSP Chetna Bhati, the police launched a raid campaign to arrest the accused, in which they finally got success. According to the police, Ishwar Singh killed his mother-in-law and threw her body in a dumping yard in Rajsamand. Later, after the post-mortem at MB Hospital in Udaipur, the dead body was handed over to the relatives.
