Uttarakhand: On PM Modi’s birthday, special prayers were offered in these temples including Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham, wishes for health and longevity.

On the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, special prayers were performed in all the temples of the temple committee including Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham. Yajna-havan was also performed. On this occasion, wishes were expressed for the Prime Minister’s health, longevity and happiness and prosperity of the country. All the officers and employees including the officials of the temple committee were present in the worship.

Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) President Ajendra Ajay has sent birthday wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the birthday of Prime Minister Modi, the Mahabhishek puja of Lord Badri Vishal was completed in the morning in his name Gotra at Badrinath Dham. Rawal Ishwar Prasad Namboodiri performed the puja. On this occasion, temple committee vice-chairman Kishore Panwar, officer in-charge Girish Deoli along with all the officers, employees and pilgrims were present. Rudrabhishek of Lord Kedarnath was performed in the name Gotra of the Prime Minister in Kedarnath Dham and worship and havan was performed in Bhairavnath temple. On this occasion, all the officers and employees including priest Shivling, BKTC Chief Executive Officer Yogendra Singh, Executive Officer RC Tiwari were present.

Similarly, the worship and consecration of Lord Omkareshwar was done at Panchkedar Gaddisthal Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath. BKTC media in-charge Dr. Harish Gaur told that Narasimha Temple Joshimath, Siddhapeeth Kalimath, Second Kedar Madmaheshwar, Third Kedar Tunganath, Vishwanath Temple Guptkashi, Trijuginarayan Temple, Yoga Badri Pandukeshwar, Gopal Temple Nandprayag, Nav Durga Temple Tehri, Chandravadni Temple Kargi Chowk Dehradun. On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s birthday, prayers were offered at Bhavishya Badri Temple, Subhai Tapovan (Joshimath), Vriddha Badri Temple, Sadguru Dham Sera Bhardar (Tehri).
