Last night, a 4 year old child was murdered by slitting his throat in Alor area of Khanna in Punjab. According to the information, the neighbor took the child from the house and killed him. The deceased child has been identified as Ravi Raj. The police took immediate action and arrested the accused within 4 hours. Kanchan Devi, mother of the deceased child, told that he was a resident of Bihar. Live here in Khanna’s Alaud village. On Monday night, her three children were sleeping on the bed and her husband and wife were sleeping on the floor. The mother of the deceased told that when she opened her eyes at around 2 o’clock in the night, she saw a mobile phone on the bed, which was not hers. Meanwhile, he noticed that his son Ravi Raj was missing from his bed. After which he started searching for his child. Meanwhile, he informed the police about the incident, who reached the spot. The police told them that the body of a child was lying at some distance, when they saw it turned out to be that of Ravi Raj.

The child’s father says that a person living in the neighborhood has murdered the child, although he had no enmity with anyone. He said that it is clear from the CCTV that the person was carrying my child on his shoulder. The father of the deceased child says that the person committed this murder on the advice of a Tantrik to sacrifice the child to please the Gods and Goddesses by worshiping them. Along with this the family is demanding justice.

The accused was identified through mobile and he was caught. It is being told that when the accused came home to take the child out of bed, his mobile fell there. After finding the mobile, the child’s parents went out to search for the child at night. After which the police found the mobile phone and the accused was arrested by the police within four hours.

Khanna police arrested the accused of murder of the child, who has been identified as 23-year-old Arvinder Kumar. SSP Amanit Kondal said that the police collected all the evidence in this case in 4 hours. After the murder, the accused hid the child’s blood stained clothes and the knife used in the incident to destroy the evidence. Which has been recovered by the police. The SSP said that the child was murdered at the behest of a Tantrik for worshiping and offering sacrifices to Gods and Goddesses.
