Supreme Court Collegium recommends appointment of Siddharth Sah and Alok Mehra as judges of Uttarakhand High Court
The collegium headed by Supreme Court Chief Justice DY Chandrachud has recommended the appointment of Uttarakhand High Court advocates Siddharth Sah and Alok Mehra as judges of the Uttarakhand High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium made this recommendation on Wednesday, October 17. The collegium also included Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sanjiv Khanna. Advocate Siddharth Sah is a resident of Tallital, Nainital. His father Mahesh Lal Sah is also a senior advocate in the High Court. At the same time, Alok Mehra is also a resident of Tallital. His father GS Mehra has been a well-known advocate of Nainital Civil Court.
