The health department in Uttarakhand is also on full alert mode regarding the new variant of Covid JN1. Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, who reached Haldwani, has claimed that a meeting has been held between the Central Government and the State Government regarding the new variant of Covid.
Instructions given to hospitals to remain on alert
Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that a meeting has been held between the Central and State Government regarding JN1. After the meeting, the state government has also issued SOP. In which all government hospitals have been instructed to remain on alert mode.
Mock drill will be conducted soon
Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat says that soon a mock drill will also be organized in all the hospitals of the state. At present, no case of new variant of Covid JN1 has been reported in the state. Despite this, as a precaution, 10 beds each are being reserved in all the hospitals.
