Bus-trucks strike in MP; Protests took place at many places against the hit and run law, Transport Minister said, resolve the matter through talks.

There was an outcry across the state on the very first day of the year. It is being told that the buses went on strike on the very first morning of the year due to which the passengers are facing problems in the new year itself. All travelers like to go on a trip in the New Year. Many people even went out for a walk but due to the bus strike, people are facing problems. Let us tell you, this strike is being conducted in protest against the new law on bus drivers hit and run. Although some buses were running, they were also stopped due to the protest. Drivers of many buses parked the buses on the road and blocked the road.

The strike will continue till January 3
According to the information, this strike will continue till January 3. There is talk of the strike continuing until the demands of the bus drivers are met.

Apart from this, there is also crowd at petrol pumps in the state. Many petrol pumps have been closed and the pumps have run out of petrol. In such a situation, people are facing difficulties in going to office and doing their work.

There was a strike because of this
It is noteworthy that changes have been made in IPC by the Central Government. Under which new laws against bus drivers hit and run have been implemented. In such a situation, if any driver runs away after the accident, then a provision of fine of Rs 5 lakh and imprisonment of 10 years has been made against him. From this morning the bus organizations across the state started protesting and suddenly announced a strike. This movement is being taken forward in Indore following the orders of Dhar union.
