UP ATS arrested ISI agent from Meerut, used to give confidential army information to Pakistan
Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested Pakistani ISI agent from Meerut, UP. He worked in the Indian Embassy in Moscow. Accused Satyendra Siwal is a resident of Hapur, UP. It is alleged that he used to give confidential information to ISI. Was posted on IBSA post in the embassy.
This information has been given in a press release issued by UP ATS. According to him, UP ATS had received intelligence information about this. The accused has been posted as India Based Security Assistant in the Indian Embassy in Moscow, the capital of Russia since the year 2021. He has two mobile phones, an Aadhar card, a PAN card and an identity card has also been recovered.
UP ATS had received intelligence that handlers of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI were trying to obtain some important confidential information of India by luring some employees of the Ministry of External Affairs and luring them with money. UP ATS started working on this intelligence. During the investigation, information was obtained about Satyendra Sichal. Let us tell you that Siwal earlier worked as a multi-tasking staff in the Ministry of External Affairs before Moscow.
During the investigation, Poopy ATS came to know that Satyendra Siwal was sharing important and confidential information regarding the strategic activities of India’s Defense Ministry, External Affairs Ministry and military organizations with ISI handlers. Meerut Punit of UP ATS called him to their branch and interrogated him thoroughly. During this time he could not answer the questions of ATS and accepted his crime.
