CM Kejriwal sent to judicial custody till April 15, asked for permission to wear religious locket

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to judicial custody for 15 days by Rouse Avenue Court. Now Kejriwal will remain in jail till April 15. It is believed that he may be kept in Tihar Jail. Kejriwal can be kept in jail number 5 of Tihar. A high level meeting has also been held in Tihar Jail regarding this. After the custody ended, ED presented Kejriwal in the court on Monday. ED has told the court that we are demanding judicial custody.

ED said no need for inquiry now

According to the information received, ED has filed an application in Rouse Avenue Court seeking instructions to send Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody and has said that at present there is no need for further custodial interrogation. Additional Solicitor General SV Raju appeared in the court on behalf of the ED.

ED told these things to the court

Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing for the ED, told the court that Kejriwal was not disclosing the password of his mobile phone. ED told the court that Arvind Kejriwal has not disclosed the passwords of the digital devices. Only vague answers have been given. He said that I don’t know, I don’t know. This is the only answer.

Kejriwal asked for permission to keep books and medicines with him

Arvind Kejriwal has sought permission to keep the books Bhagwat Geeta, Ramayana, How Prime Minister Decides with him in jail. Permission has also been sought to wear religious locket in jail. Apart from this, medicine and special diet has also been demanded.
