Maharashtra: Accused’s father claims, ‘The car was not driven by my son but by the family driver’, police engaged in investigation

The issue of Pune car accident is gaining momentum. The father of the accused has made a big claim in this accident. According to the claim, the accused’s father Vishal Aggarwal told the police that at the time of the accident, the car was not being driven by his son but by the family driver. After this the police interrogated the driver. During interrogation, the driver told that he himself was on the driving seat when the accident occurred.

Demand to prosecute the accused as an adult
However, after this claim the police is investigating the matter. At present the minor accused is on bail and has been sent to a juvenile home by the Juvenile Board. The accused will be kept under observation till June 5. The court has not yet taken any decision on whether the accused should be treated like an adult or not. But it is believed that a decision on this matter can be taken by June 5. Let us tell you that a demand was made to run the case considering the minor accused as an adult.
