Uttarakhand: Travelling to Kumaon temples will become easier, 16 ropeways will be built in Manaskhand corridor

Like the temples of Garhwal, the government has started the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission to develop the temples of Kumaon. Under this mission, 16 ropeways will now be built in the Manaskhand corridor. With the construction of ropeways, the journey to the temples of Kumaon will become even easier.

16 ropeways will be built in the Manaskhand corridor

Now the journey to the temples of Manaskhand will be easier under Kedarkhand. The government’s initiative to develop the temples and religious places of Manaskhand is now bearing fruit. Now 16 ropeways will be built under the Manaskhand corridor being built under the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission. Let us tell you that 39 ropeways are proposed under the Parvatmala project in the state. Out of which 16 are to be built in the Manaskhand corridor.

The central agency started the feasibility test

The central agency has started the feasibility test on the proposals of these 16 ropeways to be built in the Manaskhand corridor. Let us tell you that like Chardham, a blueprint for visiting the temples and religious places of Kumaon region and developing these places has been drawn on the instructions of CM Dhami.

These temples are to be developed under the mission

  • Almora- Jageshwar Mahadev Temple, Chitai Golu Temple, Suryadev Temple Katarmal, Kasar Devi Temple, Nanda Devi Temple
  • Champawat- Patal Rudreshwar, Maa Purnagiri Temple, Maa Barahi Devi Temple, Baleshwar Temple
  • Pithoragarh- Patal Bhuvaneshwar Temple, Haat Kalika Temple
  • Nainital- Naina Devi Temple, Kainchi Dham Temple
  • Bageshwar- Bagnath Temple, Baijnath Temple
  • Udham Singh Nagar- Chaitidham Temple
