Bareilly Police has registered a case on the basis of the complaint of Minister Rekha Arya and started investigating the matter.

Misuse of the name of the minister and her father

According to the information, Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya’s in-laws are in Bareilly district of UP. Rekha Arya’s husband Girdhari Lal Sahu lives with his family in Baradari police station area of ​​Bareilly. According to the complaint given by Rekha Arya to the Director General of Police of Bareilly, a woman named Kalpana Mishra alias Kalpana Chaturvedi is misusing her and her husband Girdhari Lal Sahu’s name.

Also accused of stealing seven lakh rupees

It is alleged that Kalpana Mishra has registered the address of her husband’s house in her personal documents in a fraudulent manner. It is also alleged that Kalpana extorted money fraudulently by misusing the position and name of Rekha Arya. She also stole Rs 7 lakh and a gold Rudraksha necklace from her residence.

Case registered against the accused woman’s maternal uncle

In the complaint filed by Rekha Arya, it is also alleged that Kalpana Mishra has installed a board of Uttarakhand government, blue light and hooter on her car. It is alleged that Kalpana Mishra has an alleged maternal uncle named Dr RC Pandey. In the complaint, Dr RC Pandey has also been accused of being involved in many types of illegal activities. Rekha Arya has expressed apprehension that the accused RC Pandey is also connected to a big gang.

In this case, Inspector in-charge of Baradari police station Amit Pandey said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the accused Kalpana Mishra and her maternal uncle Dr RC Pandey. The police have started investigating the matter.
