Zarina Wahab told that Jiah Khan had tried to commit suicide 4-5 times before, said- she ruined her life by lying

Sooraj Pancholi was acquitted in the actress Jiah Khan suicide case in the year 2023. He also went to jail in this case. Now Zarina Wahab told in an interview to ‘Lehren Retro’ that Jiah Khan had tried to commit suicide many times before. Along with this, she also expressed her pain over the impact on her son’s career.

Zarina Wahab talked about Jiah’s death during the interview. Said, ‘She has tried 4-5 times before that too. But luck was such that when my son’s turn came, all this happened.’ This case also gave a big blow to her son’s career. She said, ‘We all have gone through bad times. But I believe in one thing that if you spoil someone’s life by lying, then take it as a loan because you will get it with interest.’

Zarina further said, ‘This is what karma says. We waited because he was not guilty. And it took 10 years. But he has come out of it and I am happy. It has badly affected Sooraj’s career. Everyone knows what she used to do. I don’t want to open my mouth. I don’t want to belittle myself by speaking.’

I was only concerned about how he behaved with me when he was at home. I ignored asking him questions because if I questioned or asked him anything, he would become fearless. At the same time, when Zarina Wahab was asked about the allegations made by Pooja Bedi and Kangana Ranaut on Aditya Pancholi, how she felt at that time, she said, ‘He has never been such a husband who misbehaves with anyone. He is very loving. I would rather kill him. But he is very nice. His girlfriend made these allegations against him because she did not get what she wanted.’

Zarina then spoke about Kangana, who dated her husband for 4.5 years. She said, ‘I was always good with Kangana. She used to come to my house often. He used to treat her very well. I don’t know what went wrong. All I can say is that I saw what he couldn’t see and eventually that is what happened.’

Kangana had filed an FIR against Aditya Pancholi in 2019 and accused the actor of raping her when she was new to the industry. According to news agency PTI, in 2022, Aditya had moved the Bombay High Court to quash the rape case registered against him.

Despite all the controversies and affairs, Zarina described Aditya as ‘a wonderful husband and father’. She said, ‘He is a wonderful father and a good husband. He never stopped me from doing anything. Be it a film, going somewhere, he never stopped me.’

Jiah Khan allegedly committed suicide on 3 June 2013. Her mother found her body in her Mumbai house. Later, Sooraj Pancholi was arrested on charges of abetting her suicide. He was also in jail for 22 days.
