Horrific bus accident on Lucknow Expressway, 8 dead, 19 injured
A horrific bus accident has taken place on the Agra Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh. 8 people have died and 19 people are seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital for treatment. This incident took place in Kannauj district. A double-decker bus and an oil tanker collided head-on. The collision was so strong that the bus and the tanker caught fire immediately.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the local administration reached the spot and started relief and rescue operations. Initial investigation revealed that the accident occurred due to high speed.
8 dead, 19 injured
A total of 40 passengers were on the bus. The passengers injured in the accident have been sent to Saifai Medical College. It is being said that the bus went out of control and collided with the tanker. People present nearby immediately started relief and rescue work. The death toll in the accident is 8, while 19 people are injured. However, the rescue operation has been completed. The injured are being taken to the hospital.
