In Rudrapur’s Pulbhatta area, a bike rider hit the Kanwariyas carrying Kanwar. Due to which the Kanwariya got injured. Angry Shiv devotees blocked the highway. After which the police team reached the spot.

The incident happened on Monday. Let us tell you that on Monday, a bike rider hit the Kanwariya carrying Gangajal from Haridwar in Rudrapur of Udham Singh Nagar. The Kanwariya got badly injured in the strong collision. Along with this, the Kanwar also got broken. In a hurry, the injured Shiv devotee was rushed to the hospital for treatment. After the accident, the angry Kanwariyas blocked the highway. Along with this, they started raising slogans against the administration.

As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot with the force. The police tried to convince the Kanwariyas. Also assured action against the accused bike rider. Even after this, the Kanwariyas did not listen to the police and demanded to call the administration officials. After getting the information, SDM Kaustubh Mishra reached the spot. After a lot of persuasion, the Kanwariyas left for their destination.
