‘Sorry Manav, I lied a lot…’ New twist in TCS recruit manager’s suicide case, wife’s old video goes viral

The suicide case of TCS recruitment manager Manav Sharma (Manav Sharma Suicide Case Update) remains in the headlines. On Friday, his wife Nikita also released a video in this matter and presented her clarification. Now a new twist has come in this case. The deceased’s sister Akanksha has retaliated. She has shared an old video of Nikita. In which she is seen accepting her mistakes.
Old video of wife Nikita goes viral in recruit manager’s suicide case
In this video released by the deceased’s sister, Nikita says, ‘I know that I told many lies, just so that our marriage could be saved. Despite all this, Manav never raised his hand on me. I love him very much and whatever punishment he gives me, I will accept it. I made a big mistake, but that was my past. Sorry Manav… I was wrong.’

Committed suicide just a year after marriage
Manav Sharma and Nikita got married on 30 January last year. But Manav committed suicide on 24 February, just a year after the marriage. Two days later, when the family found his mobile, there was a video before the suicide. In which he blamed Nikita for his death. In the video, he had alleged that Nikita had relations with someone else due to which he was mentally disturbed.

Manav’s father filed a case
On February 27, Manav’s father Narendra Sharma filed a case against Nikita, her parents and two sisters for abetting suicide. After which, on February 28, Nikita also released a video and put forth her side and accused Manav of assault and harassment.
The dispute was revealed in January 2025
Manav’s sister Akanksha told that she came to know in January this year that everything was not going well between Manav and Nikita. Manav initially felt that a third person had done wrong to Nikita. Therefore, he wanted to move forward considering her innocent. His parents also went to Mumbai and reconciled between the two.
Akanksha said, ‘Brother loved Nikita very much and took care of her every happiness. He wanted to give her a life of luxury, so Nikita also did not want to leave him.’
Important evidence in Manav’s mobile
According to Akanksha, she has handed over Manav’s mobile to the police in which many digital evidences are present against Nikita. DCP Suraj Kumar Rai also confirmed that the police is investigating the mobile and all the evidence found in it will be included in the investigation.
Manav was preparing for his birthday
Akanksha told that her birthday was on 3rd March and Manav’s was on 14th March. Every year both of them used to celebrate their birthday together and this time also they were preparing for it. But before that this tragic incident happened.
