Allahabad High Court's big decision in Jaypee Associates case, 2100 flat buyers stuck after booking

Allahabad High Court has given a big decision in the case of Jaypee Associates. The court has upheld the order of cancellation of 1000 hectares of land by Yamuna Authority in the year 2020. Buddha International Circuit and 12 group housing projects are built on this land. The authority will look after BIC and will also complete the incomplete projects. In these, 2100 flat buyers are stuck after making bookings. The High Court also asked to form a committee in its order.
