Uttarakhand: Every budding player will get a chance, Sports Minister inspected the selection camp

Sports Minister Rekha Arya inspected the player selection camp going on at Pavilion Ground in Dehradun on Tuesday. Through this camp, beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Udyaman Khiladi Unnayan Yojana are being selected.

Sports Minister Rekha Arya reached Pavilion Ground on Tuesday morning and she talked to the children and their parents who had come to participate in the camp. The Sports Minister told the officials of the department that the maximum number of children selected under this scheme in the district should not be less than the selection of even a single player.

Stars will be found by investing in the player from childhood: Minister

The minister said that if we invest in the players from their childhood, only then we can get big star players in the future. The Sports Minister directed the officials that the selection process should be completed by April 30 in any case, after which the incentive amount can be sent to the beneficiary player children through DBT from the beginning of May.
