Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has shown seriousness about the health of the journalists of the state. The Chief Minister has instructed the officials to organize a special medical camp for the journalists soon.

Earlier also a senior video journalist Manjul Manjila had a heart attack in the field. Apart from this, many more journalists have said goodbye to the world at work.

Special medical camp will be organized for journalists

The Chief Minister said that journalists are a strong pillar of democracy, which gives priority to public interest in every situation. In such a situation, their health should also be the priority of the government. CM Dhami has instructed Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar and Director General of Information Banshidhar Tiwari to organize this camp soon and in a coordinated manner.

A team of specialist doctors will be present in the medical camp

It is being told that a team of specialist doctors will be present in the medical camp organized for journalists and all the necessary health tests will be provided, so that journalists can get proper medical consultation and treatment. The Health Secretary has directed Director Medical Education Dr. Ashutosh Sayana to take necessary action.

Medical camp will be organized in the Information Department campus

The medical camp will soon be organized in the Information Department campus. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also clarified that this is the beginning of a permanent arrangement. In future also, such health camps will be organized for journalists from time to time, so that journalists can get regular health benefits.
