CM Dhami met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, urged to merge Ranikhet and Lansdowne cantonment areas with municipalities

CM Dhami is on a Delhi tour these days. In Delhi, CM Dhami is meeting senior party leaders as well as Union Ministers. Today CM Dhami met Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi. During this, CM Dhami discussed in detail with Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on various important topics related to the all-round development of the state.

CM Dhami shared the information about the meeting on the social media platform X. In which he gave information about the meeting with the Defense Minister. CM Dhami told that he has requested Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to merge Ranikhet and Lansdowne cantonment area with municipalities as well as to use the military helipad of Dharchula-Joshimath under RCS air service and to open CSD canteen in Rudraprayag district.

Along with this, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has also been requested to waive the fee payable for the services of the Indian Air Force under the disaster and relief operations of the state. On which Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has given positive assurance.
