Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to the great statehood activist Indramani Badoni, known as the “Gandhi of Uttarakhand,” on his birth anniversary on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s residence, by offering flowers to his portrait.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister fondly remembered Badoni’s invaluable contribution to the statehood movement and said that his entire life was dedicated to struggle, sacrifice, and public service.
The Chief Minister said that Indramani Badoni provided direction and momentum to the Uttarakhand statehood movement. His thoughts, resolve, and selfless service to the state remain an inspiration for all of us. He added that the state government is continuously working to make Uttarakhand the best state in the country by following his ideals.
