Union Health Ministry available to provide more vaccine to states except statistics: Ashok Gehlot Chief Minister Rajasthan
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that the Union Health Ministry should leave statistics and ensure more vaccines are available to the states.
Gehlot said this through social media today. He said that the country would never forgive if the third wave affected the children. The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan should have put vaccine production on top priority and if necessary, other companies should also be allowed and encouraged to produce vaccine by changing the law. India is considered globally in vaccine production.
He said that in our country with 130 crore population, vaccine was not provided for everyone soon and the third wave of corona took the children, then the situation of lack of oxygen and medicines was much worse than that in the second wave. Things will form in the third wave and we will not be able to save the children.
