Injured Smith and 6 other Australian players out of West Indies tour

Seven Australian players, including injured Steve Smith, Pat Cummins and David Warner, have been ruled out of the limited overs series on the upcoming tour of West Indies. Cricket Australia (CA) on Wednesday announced an 18-man squad for the West Indies tour.
