Mining Director Dr. Roshan Jacob hit hard on corruption
Dr. Roshan Jacob, Director, Department of Geology and Mining, Uttar Pradesh, is generally known for tough decisions. If he has made up his mind to take action on any issue, then action is sure to be taken. Dr. Roshan Jacob says that everything should be done on the zero tolerance policy of the government. It is our responsibility to give corruption-free administration and in this episode, on Thursday, he has recommended the government to suspend four mine officers of the state on charges of corruption. Dr. Jacob also told that Ashish Kumar Khan Officer Saharanpur, Dr. Ranjana Singh Assistant Geologist / Mines Officer Shamli / Muzaffarnagar, Subhash Singh Khan Officer Banda and Dr. Abhay Ranjan Khan Officer Shahjahanpur about the feedback received and corruption received from senior officers. On the basis of the report and on the charge of tarnishing the image of the government, they have been recommended by the government to suspend them with immediate effect and it has also been recommended to associate these officers with the headquarters Lucknow.
