The dharna of the Indian Kisan Sabha and local villagers against the arbitrariness of NH continued on the tenth day in Maikhanda. During this, many officials, including the state president of Kisan Sabha, Surendra Singh, supported the dharna. Here, the workers of the Kisan Sabha and the local people asked to take immediate action on the problems arising. On Thursday too, under the banner of the All India Kisan Sabha, the regional villagers gathered in Maikhanda, after which they sat on the ongoing dharna over the arbitrariness of the NH. State President of Kisan Sabha, Surendra Singh, who reached the dharna on the tenth day, said that private property and public property of people have been damaged by NH. So far, the compensation for residential buildings and gaushalas of the people has not been paid. The damaged walkways and drinking water schemes of the villagers have not been repaired even after a lapse of one year. During this, the villagers said that they have taken shelter in the houses of other people due to damage to the residential buildings of many people. The construction work is being done by NH according to the rules. Which will not be tolerated under any circumstances. On this occasion, the Provincial General Secretary of the Kisan Sabha, Gangadhar Nautiyal, Treasurer Shiv Prasad Devli also expressed their views. State Vice President Rajaram Semwal, District President Daulat Singh, CITU Minister Virendra Goswami, Ashaad Singh, Vikram Lal, Damodar Prasad, Gajpal Lal, Sumit Agarwal, Prem Singh, including many workers and villagers were present in the dharna.
