Karnataka : Yeddyurappa agreed to step down as CM

Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has agreed to step down. Yeddyurappa will take over the new responsibility as governor as soon as the name of the new CM and new state president is decided in the state. The BJP leadership is constantly brainstorming in Tripura, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh to make important changes in time. It is planned to finalize the changes in these states by August.
According to sources, Yeddyurappa agreed to step down in a meeting with PM Modi on Friday. On Saturday, he met party president JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah. In fact, after Yediyurappa agreed to resign, there is a churning going on in the state to give place to the new government and his sons in the state or central government. His resignation will be announced as soon as the final plan is made in this regard. The leadership plan is to make CM from Vokkaliga fraternity and Lingayat fraternity as state president in the state.
Decision on three other states soon
The leadership will also take a decision soon in respect of Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Tripura. It is worth mentioning that apart from Yeddyurappa, the CMs of Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Tripura had come to Delhi only on Friday. In this, apart from Yeddyurappa, Tripura CM Biplab Dev also met the PM. Sources say that the leadership in these states wants to make a big change. In this, along with the change of leadership, options are also being considered for a comprehensive reshuffle in the cabinet and organization.
Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh also head-on
The high command has planned an immediate revamp of the organization and government in the party-ruled states of Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Tripura and Karnataka. Apart from this, the party leadership is also constantly making headway regarding Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. BJP is a big political force in both these states. The leadership wants that the dissatisfaction should be dealt with at the earliest by making important changes in all these states before the elections.
