Five stolen scooties recovered at the behest of the accused

Dalanwala Kotwali police has arrested three accused in the case of scooty theft. Five scooters have been recovered from them. SSI Mahadev Uniyal said that on Thursday, Harshit Gupta, a resident of Dilaram Bazar, had lodged a complaint that someone had stolen his scooty from outside the house. CCTV cameras were scanned in search of the scooty thief. Based on the footage, an accused Abhishek resident of Gandhigram was arrested with a stolen scooty from Kanwali Road. During interrogation, the accused told that he had stolen the scooty along with his accomplices Prateek and Harsh Sharma. Police arrested Prateek Kumar and Harsh from their house. During interrogation, the accused told that they had stolen these vehicles in the areas of city Kotwali, Patelnagar, Raipur, Cantt Kotwali etc., which were kept hidden at different places. On the behest of the accused, the police recovered five stolen scooties.
