Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Government should take strict action by identifying the traders involved in drug trade : Pandit Adhir Kaushik

President of Shri Akhand Parshuram Akhara, Pandit Adhir Kaushik has sent a letter to the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, demanding that illegal online gambling, net chakri game and sale of liquor, charas, smack etc. be curbed. Pandit Adhir Kaushik said that the life of the younger generation is being ruined due to drug addiction. Many families have reached the brink of ruin. Due to the addiction of alcohol, charas, smack, sulfa etc., the young generation is also losing the balance of mind due to physical weakness. Appropriate steps should be taken to save the young generation. There should be a complete ban on the traders doing illegal business of liquor and narcotics. Due to the sale of drugs illegally in the city, the dignity of the city is getting hurt. The country of Uttarakhand is the focal point of religious faith in the world. Known as the spiritual capital of the world, Haridwar has a special place. But some anti-social elements are engaged in tarnishing the norms of Dharmanagari. Strict action should be taken by identifying big businessmen involved in illegal drug trade. The Chief Minister should give strict instructions to the officers to end the curse of drug addiction. Pandit Adhir Kaushik said that political and social organizations should also come forward to save the young generation from drug addiction.
