A girl student went missing after getting zero marks during a test in Rajasthan. After a long search, his body was found in Suratgarh branch of Indira Gandhi Canal Project on Saturday. The incident is from village Bajuwala of Raisinghnagar police station area in Sriganganagar district. Divers were looking for him for two days.

Police station in-charge Pushpendra Singh said that a case has been registered on the report given by Ashok Meghwal, a resident of Bajuwala. His niece Muskan, 16, had gone missing on Thursday while coming home from school. Muskan was a Class X student in a private school in the nearby village of Satjanda. Ashok has told in the report given to the police that as usual Muskan went to school in the school van. Shortly after this, school administrator Bhavani Shankar sent her the answer sheet on WhatsApp, which showed Muskan getting zero marks in the class test of 80 marks.

According to Ashok, Muskan used to come home from the school van till 2.45 pm. But she did not come home that day. Then it is learned that Muskan’s school bag was found lying at Umaid’s shop at some distance from their house. After some time it was also found that Muskaan’s shoes, tie, pen and some money were also lying on the bank of the canal of Bajuwala. According to the police officer, in view of the possibility of Muskan jumping into the canal, divers were being searched.
