Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Bus and car going to PM Modi’s rally collided face to face, four people died on the spot
The bus going to the BJP rally collided with a car coming from the front. It was told that the people in the car were going for wedding shopping. Public meeting is being addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Dehradun, for which people from different assembly constituencies boarded buses and trains towards Dehradun.
Many villagers were taken in buses to Dehradun by Suresh Rathore, MLA from the same Jwalapur assembly constituency. In these buses, Shaheed Wala Grunt of Jwalapur assembly constituency, carrying people, once collided with a WagonR car coming from the front near Mohand on Dehradun road. The people in the car were residents of Mehuwala in Dehradun and were on their way to shop for a wedding. The collision was so fierce that the car blew up and Praveen Chauhan, aged 44, resident of Mehuwal Dehradun, Shilpi, Nishant and Dikshant died on the spot.
At the same time, after the accident, there was a long jam on the highway, passers-by informed the police and with the help of people, the police pulled out the dead bodies from inside the damaged car.
