Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal Twitter account has been hacked (PM Modi Twitter Account Hack). This information was given by the Prime Minister’s Office in the early hours of Sunday. In fact, Prime Minister Modi’s Twitter handle was hacked, which claimed that ‘India has officially legalized bitcoin.’ This mischievous tweet has been removed and PM’s account has been secured.
After the matter came to light, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said in its tweet, “The Twitter handle of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was tampered with. The matter has been taken up with Twitter and the account has been immediately secured. Any tweet made during that time the account was tampered with should be ignored.

For now, PM Modi’s personal Twitter account has been restored and the malicious tweet has been removed.

Many users on Twitter have shared the screenshot of this tweet. The tweet from PM Modi’s account read, “India has officially given legal acceptance of bitcoin. The government has officially bought 500 bitcoins (BTC) and is distributing them to the citizens of the country.” A scam link was also attached with the tweet.
