Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Student commits suicide by hanging in a minor altercation

In the Nai Basti Mathura Wala under the Thana Nehru Colony area, the 12th student committed suicide by hanging himself. On the information of the relatives, the police reached the spot and investigated the spot. At the same time, the police has sent the body for post-mortem and is currently investigating the matter.

Nai Basti Mathurawala, a 20-year-old Naval Thapa resident, was studying in class 12th. It is being told that Naval got into an argument with the family members about something and in anger, Naval went to his room. The family thought that Naval was sleeping in his room, but Naval’s room did not open for a long time. When the relatives saw from the window, he was hanging from the fan. Seeing which the family members broke the door and brought him down. By that time it was too late.

Police station Nehru Colony in-charge Pradeep Rana said that as soon as the information was received, a police team was sent to the spot. Even before the police reached the spot, the relatives had taken down the body. When the investigation was done, no suicide note of any kind was recovered from the spot. The body has been sent for post-mortem and the matter is being investigated.

Restaurant employee committed suicide by hanging: At the same time, a person committed suicide by hanging himself in Annapurna Bhojanalaya Chauhan Market, equivalent to Doon Residency under Kotwali Nagar area. Police was informed by the local people. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and brought down the body from the noose and investigated the spot. But no suicide note of any kind was recovered from the spot. The body has been sent by the police to the mortuary for postmortem. Simultaneously, the police is probing the reasons for the suicide.
