Uttarakhand / Kashipur : Husband and his second wife accused of trying to kill them by giving poison (Live)
A woman has accused her husband and her aunt of assault and attempt to kill her by giving her poison. He has also appealed to the police to get his children. Police have started investigation by registering a case against the accused on the basis of Tahrir.
Shahnaz’s daughter Mustafa Hussain, resident of Laxmipur Patti, submitted Tahrir to the Kotwali police. Said that about 12 years ago he was married with Gulzar’s son Saddiq Hussain, resident of Moradabad, Rahmat Nagar, UP. By whom he has two sons and a daughter. Told that her husband married Iram Khan resident Lal Nagri, Moradabad on December 1, 2020. After which he also brought her home. which he opposed. Then her husband and his second wife tried to kill her by forcibly feeding her poison. On this, she apologized to the accused with folded hands and agreed to accept all their words. It is alleged that on January 31, 2022, her husband and Iram Khan came home from the market and started abusing and assaulting her. After this they tied both his hands and forcibly started feeding him lots of sleeping pills. After which she said that she will go to her maternal home. After saying this, both of them opened her hands and she came to her maternal home in Kashipur. The police have registered a case against the husband and his second wife Iram Khan on the basis of Tahrir.
