Ajit Anjum and Arfa Khanum Sherwani to get Kuldeep Nayar Journalism Award

The Kuldip Nayyar Memorial Journalism Award was announced by Gandhi Peace Foundation in a press conference held on Monday at Delhi Press Club. This honor has been given to renowned journalist and YouTuber Ajit Anjum for 2021 and Arfa Khanum Sherwani of The Wire for 2022. This honor of one lakh rupees each will be given to these two journalists along with a citation.

The award selection committee of Gandhi Peace Foundation chooses the distinguished journalist of that year every year after assessing the work of journalists. In this scheme, an attempt is made to cover all Indian languages.
