This cheapest car of Maruti is now launched in CNG model also, will give mileage of 34 km/kg

Maruti Suzuki India is focusing on launching new models one after the other to strengthen its hold fast in the Indian market. The company has recently launched Brezza and Grand Vitara. Earlier, the company had launched its cheapest car Alto K10. There is a huge demand for these cars in the market. The waiting period for buying Brezza and Grand Vitara has reached 6 months. Meanwhile, the company has made another big bet. The company has launched the CNG model of its cheapest car Alto K10. The new Maruti Alto K10 CNG has been claimed by the company to give a mileage of 33.85 km per kg. According to the company, the Alto K10 petrol manual version and AMT return a mileage of 24.39 km/l and 24.90 km/l respectively.

How much does the CNG Alto cost?

If you are thinking of buying CNG Alto K10 then you will have to pay more than the petrol model. According to the company, the ex-showroom price of New Alto K10 CNG is Rs 5.94 lakh. This car is Rs 95,400 more expensive than its petrol VXi variant. With the new Alto K10 CNG, a total of 13 Maruti cars are now available in CNG models.

Engine Power & Features

According to the information received, Maruti Suzuki’s new Alto K10 CNG will get a 1 liter K series engine, which will generate 56 bhp power and 82 Nm torque with CNG. In petrol mode, the same engine is capable of generating 64 Bhp power and 89 Nm torque. On the other hand, in terms of features, like the standard VXi petrol variant, the CNG version gets 2-DIN Smartplay audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, 2 speakers, impact sensing door unlock, central locking, speed sensing auto door locks, manually adjustable wings. Features like mirrors, AUX and USB ports, front power windows, roof antenna and body colored door handles are available.
