Uttarakhand : CM Dhami reached Dhanaulti, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of schemes worth crores
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of schemes worth crores in the Dhanaulti Legislative Assembly. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Parogi village of Nainbag under Dhanaulti Vidhan Sabha of Tehri district on Monday. Here he inaugurated the Vikas Goshthi at the Sports Culture Festival. It was organized by Athjula Sports and Cultural Development Committee. During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of schemes worth crores. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development schemes at Parogi (Aglad) Thatyud under Tehri district on Monday. He participated as the chief guest in the Athjula Sports and Cultural Festival. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 29 schemes worth about Rs 126.58 crore under various development schemes of Dhanaulti assembly constituency and gifted development to the people of the area. In which 07 inaugurations worth Rs 21.53 crore and 22 foundation stones worth Rs 105.05 crore are included. The Chief Minister also announced approval for the establishment of Primary Health Center in Parogi and 02 lakhs to Athjula Sports and Cultural Development Committee, Parogi Nainbagh Jaunpur Tehri Garhwal for the festival this year.
Addressing the public meeting, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that such programmes, fairs and festivals play an important role in promoting folk culture besides working to connect villages. He said that to promote our folk culture, a holiday was declared on the day of Igas. Today, the foundation stone and inauguration of schemes worth about 125 crores were done, in which the long sought Kandi Pumping Drinking Water Scheme is also included. The Chief Minister said that the state government is ready to serve the people even in remote areas. Officers have been instructed to work on the basic mantra of simplification, solution and disposal. He said that many topics for the development of the state were discussed in the Chintan Shivir organized at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy. The Chief Minister said that the state government is making efforts to bring Uttarakhand in the category of best states of the country by 2025. With the cooperation of all the people of the state, Uttarakhand will be made a leading state in every field. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the country is making rapid progress in every field under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. India’s respect, honor and self-respect has increased at the global level.
The public was also addressed by MLA Rajpur Khajan Das and MLA Dhanaulti Pritam Singh Panwar. He said that the development works being done by the Chief Minister are visible, all the announcements made are being fulfilled. Vikas Goshtis is a platform for development. On this occasion, he also talked about quick resolution of the problems coming in the Nanda Gaura Kanya Yojana.
