Asaram Bapu shocked, interim bail plea rejected from High Court
Asaram has suffered a major setback from the Rajasthan High Court. The court has rejected Asaram’s interim bail application filed in the High Court. Asaram, who is serving a sentence in the Jodhpur Central Jail on charges of sexual exploitation, had sought interim bail for treatment of the disease, which has been rejected by the Rajasthan High Court. The bench of Justice Sandeep Mehta and Justice Devendra Kachhwaha heard this case at 9 am. Earlier, the hearing on the plea of Asaram was to be held on Thursday, but due to the demise of former Rajasthan CM Jagannath Pahadia, state mourning was declared in the state on Thursday. Therefore, there was a holiday in the courts as well. Asaram has said in his petition that he does not have a cure for allopathy, so he should be allowed to treat Ayurveda. In the hearing held here today, the High Court has rejected his application.
Corona-infected Asaram is currently undergoing treatment at Jodhpur AIIMS. However, he was brought from AIIMS to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital for undergoing endoscopy. According to the information, Asaram also has ulcer problems. That is why he was admitted to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital for undergoing endoscopy. His surgery was done here. According to the information, many units of blood were also given to Asaram before the surgery. Because according to doctors Asaram’s body is deficient in blood.
At the same time, in his bail plea filed in the court, Asaram has said that he is Corona positive and wants to go to Haridwar for Ayurvedic treatment. Therefore, he should be granted bail. At this, the bench at the last hearing ordered Asaram to be treated at AIIMS and during the next hearing, AIIMS was ordered to submit a new report on Asaram’s health status. In today’s hearing, the court said that Asaram’s treatment is possible in AIIMS, so rejected his bail plea.
