The lockdown in Bihar has been extended till June 8 in view of Corona virus infection. The lockdown has been extended for the fourth time in Bihar. The lockdown was imposed for the first time on 5 May. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tweeted that in view of the corona infection, it has been decided to extend the lockdown by one week i.e. till June 8, 2021. But additional discounts are being given for business. Everyone wear mask and maintain social distance. The death toll in Bihar rose to 5104 on Sunday due to the death of 52 more people during the last 24 hours due to Corona virus infection and the number of infected increased to 705648 as 1475 new cases were reported. The health department gave this information. According to the department, out of 1475 new cases of corona virus infection that have been reported in Bihar from Saturday 4 pm to Sunday 4 pm, the state capital Patna has the maximum 161 cases.
