Sharad Pawar will start uniting the opposition from today

In a major initiative, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar will take steps for opposition unity ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Though the agenda of the meeting of the opposition parties is not clear, it is in the backdrop of the Prime Minister’s meeting on Jammu and Kashmir. Invitations have been given to 15 opposition parties, but few of them have so far confirmed participation. The Congress has not said yes to the meeting yet.

It will be interesting to see whether Congress will attend the meeting or not.
