Uttarakhand / Rudrapur : Video of minor beating with sticks goes viral
After the video of some youths beating a minor youth with sticks by beating him with sticks on Gangapur road of Thana transit camp area, the police registered a case against two others, naming two youths on the complaint of the victim’s father. Police have started efforts to arrest the accused. As soon as the video of a minor youth, a resident of Purana Kheda Basti on the Gangapur road being brutally beaten up on Saturday morning, went viral. So the police station chief, Vinod Fatyal, took a complaint from the father of the victim youth and filed a case against Abhi Sinha, Kuldeep Kumar, resident of Vasundhara Colony located on Phulsunga Marg and two other unknowns. It is being told that the sister of one of the named accused was having a love affair with the victim youth. In February, the victim youth was released on bail for escaping the minor. On the other hand, the SHO told that the video is of the incident of June 28. A case has been registered after going viral on June 3. The case is of a love affair, but during interrogation on the spot, it is said to be beaten on suspicion of theft. At the same time, there is news of one named accused fleeing to Rajasthan along with his family. He will be arrested soon.
