Uttarakhand : CM inspected various sections of the Secretariat

Instructions for speedy disposal of letters received at the government level

Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected various sections of the Secretariat on Wednesday. On this occasion, he also reviewed various files. During the inspection, the Chief Minister directed the officers that the letters received at the government level should be disposed of promptly. He said that people have high expectations from the government. It should be ensured that the problems of the people are resolved expeditiously. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that apart from speeding up the works, special attention should be paid to timeliness and transparency towards the works. It should be ensured that people do not have to make unnecessary rounds of the Secretariat for their work. The tracking system of files received at the government level should be strengthened further. Visitors should be treated with courtesy. Additional Chief Secretary Shri Anand Bardhan, Principal Secretary Shri L Fanai, Secretary Shri Amit Negi, Shri Shailesh Bagoli, Smt. Sowjanya, Additional Secretary Smt. Sonika were also present on this occasion.
