Deepika Padukone will be seen applying kicks and punches in ‘Pathan’
Deepika Padukone will be seen in a completely different avatar in her upcoming film ‘Pathan’. After performing stunts in the Hollywood film ‘TripleX’, she will now be seen performing kicks and punches in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer.
A source close to the actress said, “Deepika is currently shooting high octane action sequences for Pathan. The shooting is going on in Mumbai itself and the actress has made intense preparations for it. Deepika has wrapped up the first schedule of ‘Pathan’. Director Siddharth Anand’s film will mark the return of King Khan on screen after a long time.
Shah Rukh was last seen in the 2018 film Zero opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. Talking about ‘Pathan’, where Shahrukh is in the title role in it, John Abraham will be seen in the role of Villain. Salman Khan has already shot a cameo for ‘Pathan’.
Apart from ‘Pathan’, Deepika has wrapped up the first schedule of Shakun Batra’s untitled film. Actors like Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey are also in important roles in this film. Not only this, Deepika has also recently started shooting for Nag Ashwin’s film in which she will share screen space with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
