Indian boxer Simranjit Kaur crashed out of the Tokyo Olympics after losing to Sudaporn Sissondi of Thailand in the women’s 60kg (lightweight) category.
World Championships bronze medalist and two-time Asian medalist and Olympic debutant Simranjit Ryogoku, 26, lost to Sessondi by a unanimous decision in the Kokugikan area.
