Government’s big action on stone pelters, now neither government job will be available, nor permission to go abroad

The Jammu and Kashmir administration has taken a big step to crack down on ‘traitors’ and stone pelters in Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir government has issued a new order to crack down on stone pelters and people involved in anti-national activities, under which such people will neither be given government jobs nor will they be able to get their passports. Those involved in stone pelters and activities threatening the security of the state and the nation will no longer get a chance to go abroad.

In a major crackdown on “traitors” and stone-pelters, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Sunday issued orders banning passport clearances, no provision for government jobs and other restrictions. Top officials said that the special branch of CID Kashmir has issued an order in this regard to all the units and officers. It has also been said that when investigating a person and preparing a report of his security clearance, then it must be kept in mind that the person concerned is in any way stone-pelting, activities threatening the security of the state and the nation, law Don’t indulge in breaking the system
It has been clarified in the order that if a person is involved in such activities, then he should not be given clearance for passport or government service in any way. It is being told that for this all digital evidence and police records will be taken into account. Earlier, the Union Territory Administration had made an amendment in the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Verification of Character and Antecedents) Rules, making a satisfactory CID report mandatory for getting a government job.

People will be required to disclose whether any family member or close relative is associated with any political party or organization, or has participated in any political activity, or any foreign mission or organization or any prescribed/ Not associated with banned/banned organization.

As per the new amendment, the serving employees will have to furnish complete details of one’s posting and promotion from the date of appointment in case of need for re-verification from CID. Apart from this, job details of one’s parents, spouse, children and step-father, children, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law have to be given.
