Shock to this company of Gautam Adani, Supreme Court will consider its decision of 2019

What is the matter: This matter is related to the curative petition of Gujarat Urja Vikas Limited (GUVL). In fact, Adani Power had terminated the power purchase agreement with GUVL alleging that the Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) had failed to supply coal to it. Thereafter GUVL filed a curative petition. During this petition, the top court has issued notice to Adani Power.
