Uttarakhand / Srinagar : Army running clean India campaign on Golden Victory Day

On the occasion of Golden Victory Day, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan programs are being run by the Indian Army in the entire state. Under this, people are being made aware of cleanliness by performing street plays on cleanliness by army personnel in rural and urban areas. Social worker Girish Panyuli Bannu Bhai, the chief guest in the program, said that the Army celebrates Golden Victory Day every year to commemorate the Indian victory in the Indo-Pak war of 1971. Before the Victory Day celebrated every year, awareness programs on cleanliness are being organized by the Indian Army from Rishikesh to Chamoli district. Which is a better program. In which the program is being run by the jawans of Raiwala Military Station. Army personnel organize programs on cleanliness at Aditi Wedding Point, Srinagar. In which city council members and students of NCC Polytechnic were present. Along with the cleanliness campaign, youth are also being sent to join the army.
